5.1. Viewing Company Details
In the Company Details section, select the “Details” tab to quickly view the information entered during initial setup of your Company Profile. Figure 5.1 illustrates the tab view.

Zbizlink helps your team reference your organization’s company details quickly. Admin Users can update or edit organizational information in the Edit Company section.
5.2. Defining Market Segment
Zbizlink reduces the time it takes to search for and identify the right bidding opportunities. The Market Segment section allows you to identify segments that your organization would like to target. You and your team can focus on opportunities that add value to your organization instead of wasting time pre-qualifying out-of-scope bids.
1. First, click “Add Segment”.
2. Next, type a “Segment Name”.
3. Add “Estimated Revenue” of the defined segment.
4. Choose a “Select Targeted Sector”.
5. Choose the “Select State” and “NAICS Code” from drop-down menu.
6. Type a “UNSPSC Code”.
7. Lastly, click “Save”.

Recommendation: Add one or more target market segments according to business need
Remember: You must add “Targeted Sector”, “Secondary State of Business”, and “NAICS Code” in the Company Details section before you can add a segment in the Market Segment section.
Add teams to your targeted market segment directly in the Segment Configuration section or use “Teams” in the Market Segment List. Figure 5.2a illustrates the Segment Configuration method.

1. First, select a “Selected Team” next to a “Team Type”.
2. Next, repeat step 1 for one or more “Team Types”.
3. Lastly, click “Back”.
Once you’ve added a market segment, use “Teams” to edit or add teams to the segment.

5.3. Managing Business Profile
Your public Business Profile displays your business information to make it easier for other organizations to identify your strengths as a Teaming Partner. It allows other Zbizlink users and your team members to access details, such as skills, certifications, and customer projects. Figure 5.3 illustrates a sample Business Profile.

View Partner Business Profiles
To view the profiles of your Partners, select the “Partner Name” under the “Partners” tab of the Opportunity. To exit the profile, select “My Company” at the top right-hand corner of the profile to go back to your account.

Display as much or as little profile information as desired according to your privacy requirements. You can “Show” and/or “Hide” details.
In Figure 5.3b, a user chooses to “Show” Info and Description, and “Hide” Details and Locations.

Once you have selected the desired visibility for each section, click “Save” to update display preferences. Only sections that were permitted to “Show” will display in your public Business Profile, while all others will be hidden.
5.4. Viewing Company Assets
Upload and save important documents for your team in the Company Assets section. You don’t have to spend time locating missing files anymore because Zbizlink provides an easy access, organized filing system.
Note: Additional files are visible or can be added to the File Manager section of the tool.

Add multiple files, drag and drop files into respective folders, and “Copy”, “Cut”, and “Paste” folders.
Note: All added folders must be added as sub-folders to the “Assets” folder. The main “Company Assets” folder cannot be deleted.
